Rox.Chat Knowledge Base
In the Knowledge Base you can find all necessary information about Rox.Chat. The collected materials will be useful both for direct users of the service - agents, supervisors and administrators, and for technical staff of your organization - devops and developers.
To start working with the Knowledge Base, use the navigation menu in the left part of the window, select the desired category and article in it, or use the search in the upper right corner. To navigate through an article, use the menu displayed in the right part (available for articles with two or more sections). Note that you can switch between articles using the navigation menu, or you can switch between neighboring articles using the corresponding buttons at the bottom of the page.
