# "Labels" Section

In this section of the **Buttons and Locations** settings item you can replace the standard texts in the chat:

  * **For feedback form** - the text is displayed in the chat if the user is going to leave an offline message.

  * **First question** - the text is displayed in the chat until the user asks his/her first question.

  * **Agent title** - text that is displayed in the chat header instead of the agent's job title.

  * **Request for Data Processing Agreement (DPA)** - text in the title of the checkbox where the visitor needs to check the box to send his/her personal data to the chat.
