"Channels" Section
In this section of the Buttons and Locations settings item, you can customize the display of communication channels in the drop-down list when an agent call button is pressed. The list of channels and names of buttons for them are generated based on the Communication Channels setting. Please note that the settings in this section are relevant only for HTML buttons, for all other buttons they will be ignored.
In the list of available channels, you can select one channel of each type. To select a channel, check the checkbox on it. If you have previously selected another channel of this type, it will be automatically unchecked.
In addition to the communication channels within the service, you can enable the display of the call button on the phone. To do this, check the Add a call button to the channel list checkbox, and then enter in the Phone number field that appears the number to which the visitor will be offered to make a call, in international format. This functionality will only work for mobile devices.
When hovering over a channel button, the name of the corresponding communication channel will be displayed. To change this, go to the Communication Channels settings and change the name of the desired channel.
