"Labels" Section

In this section of the Buttons and Locations settings item you can replace the standard texts in the chat:

  • For feedback form - the text is displayed in the chat if the user is going to leave an offline message.

  • First question - the text is displayed in the chat until the user asks his/her first question.

  • Agent title - text that is displayed in the chat header instead of the agent's job title.

  • Request for Data Processing Agreement (DPA) - text in the title of the checkbox where the visitor needs to check the box to send his/her personal data to the chat.
