Company Logo in Chat Header

The Chat Platform service allows you to easily upload or change your company's logo, which is displayed on the right in the chat widget header. This can be done in General Settings. However, to make it fully align with your chat appearance preferences, there are a few points to consider.

For correct display, the image should have margin-padding from the edge to the logo. The aspect ratio of the image should not exceed 1:2.5. The uploaded image should be in .jpg or .png format. If its background is transparent, it will be overlaid with a backdrop the same color as the entire header. Also, if the image initially does not meet the acceptable dimensions, it will be proportionally stretched/compressed to achieve compliance.
