Selecting a website visitor from the list and starting a dialog

To start a dialog with a visitor, follow these steps:

• Open the Chat Platform Control Panel, the Agent Workspace page

• Select a visitor in the Waiting for answer or General queue section. Make a single click on the block with the name of the selected visitor

• The dialog window with the visitor and information about him will open
