Blocking a visitor

Unwanted visitors (robots, hooligans) can be "banned", as a result of which they will lose the ability to contact agents and distract them from their work.

To block a visitor during a conversation, click the button highlighted in red on the following illustration:

In the dialog box that opens, confirm the intention to block the visitor by clicking OK.

To view the list of banned users or remove a user from a ban, go to the Banned Visitors tab.
