Starting work in the agent interface

To start working as an agent for the Chat Platform service in Control Panel, carry out the following steps:

  1. Get your login (email address registered in the system) and password from the system administrator of your organization.

  2. Launch a browser. We recommend using (as it is exclusively supported) Google Chrome version 43 or later for working in the Chat Platform Control Panel.

  3. Go to the main page of Chat Platform and then follow the link in the header Sign in/Sign up». The "Sign in to Chat Platform" page will open.

  4. Enter your email address and password. Select the status "online". Press Sign in to enter the Chat Platform Control Panel.

    Note: It is not recommended to sign in and use the service with an agent account that is linked to a bot. It is recommended to create separate agents for bots.

    If the email and password are entered correctly and the agent does not have administrator rights, the Agent's Workslace will open. You can go to the OWP from any page of the Control Panel by clicking Dialogs in the left part of the page header.

  5. When the first message arrives, you will receive a notification.
