Visitor Geolocation

The Chat Platform can display visitor geolocation information based on their IP address using geotargeting services.

When a dialogue is opened, the visitor's geolocation information is displayed in the Entry Point block.

Visitor geolocation information is used as statistical data, allowing you to assess the distribution of inquiries by region (for example, to clearly see where most of the people using your organization's products and/or services live). Data on the distribution of inquiries by region are available in the Reporting.
