Inserting a hyperlink in a message
Sometimes it becomes necessary to share an external page link with a visitor - for example, when they are interested in the details of the cost of services and you want to send them a link to a page with a detailed price list. To avoid cluttering the message with long links, you can instead insert hyperlinks, that is, make any word or part of a sentence a link.
To insert a hyperlink in the chat with the visitor, click on the chain icon as shown in the screenshot:
A window for inserting a hyperlink will open. In the Enter text field, specify the part of the text that you want to make a hyperlink. In the Paste link field, specify the full link of the desired page, and then click the Add hyperlink button.
In the text input area, it will appear as follows:
Click Send.
