Agent Chat

In the Chat Platform service control panel, agents can communicate not only with website visitors, but also with each other.

This function can be used, for example, to consult with colleagues, pass on news and other work information.

To go to the agent chat, on the Agent Workplace page, click the Agents link in the top part of the Agent Workspace. A dialogue window will open and a list of agents with their names and statuses will appear on the right:

The agent chat is common, that is, each agent's message is seen by all other agents. The list of agents on the right serves to show current statuses and quickly insert an appeal in the input field. To insert an appeal, click on the agent's name with the mouse button.

If the described functionality is missing in the Control Panel, please write a request to the Chat Platform support service asking to enable the agent chat.
