Broadcasts
The interface allows you to set up a broadcast on any communication channel, excluding the WatsApp channel. This article contains a description of the Broadcasts interface, as well as instructions on how to work with it.
To navigate to the broadcast interface, select the By chats option in the Control Panel menu.
On the main page of the broadcast interface, the central area is occupied by the list of sent broadcasts.
To create a broadcast, click on the Create a new broadcast button.
Only text messages can be sent through the broadcast interface.
Broadcast by Chats
The following steps describe the process of working with broadcast by chats (broadcast by chats refers to all communication channels, except for WhatsApp).

In the Chat numbers (use comma as a delimiter) field, specify all dialog numbers, separated by commas, that will be part of the broadcast (you can specify multiple dialog numbers or just one). You can find the dialog numbers in the Dialog History and the Agent Workspace, by selecting an active dialog and checking the corresponding item.

In the Broadcast message field, type the message text that visitors, whose dialog numbers are specified in the Chat numbers field, will receive.

Next, click Create a new broadcast. The broadcast with the specified text will be sent to all dialogs, the numbers of which were specified.
As soon as the broadcast is sent, you see it in the list of sent broadcasts, where a new row with information about the broadcast will immediately appear.
List of Sent Broadcasts
The list of sent broadcasts displays all the broadcasts that have been sent from the Chat Platform through communication channels (a record of each sent broadcast begins with a new line). Each line reflects information in the following fields:

№ – Sequential number of the sent broadcast

Message – Text of the sent broadcast or the name of the template (if the WhatsApp broadcast type is indicated)

Agent – Name of the agent who sent the broadcast

Creation time – Time the broadcast was sent

Total chats – Number of dialogs specified in Chat numbers in the broadcast settings

Completed - Number of dialogs in which the broadcast was ultimately made

Status – Status of the sent broadcast. If the broadcast was sent successfully, it will have the status Completed
