Hotkeys in the Agent Workspace

The Chat Platform service's Agent Workspace allows for the use of common and specialized hotkeys to simplify the work of agents. The tables below describe all default key combinations and the actions they perform:

Common hotkeys:

Combination of keys	Action performed
Enter	Sending a message (can also be used for line breaks)
Shift + Enter	Line break (can also be used for sending messages)
Home	Move to the start of the current line
End	Move to the end of the current line
Ctrl + Home	Move to the start of the message being typed
Ctrl + End	Move to the end of the message being typed
Ctrl + C	Copy selected text
Ctrl + X	Cut selected text
Ctrl + V	Paste text from clipboard. Also supports pasting images
Ctrl + A	Select all text in the message being typed
Ctrl + Z	Undo previous action when typing a message (e.g., undo deletion of selected text fragment)
Ctrl + Y	Redo changes that were undone by Ctrl + Z

Specialized hotkeys:

Combination of keys	Executed action
Ctrl + ↑	Go to the dialog above the list in the "In dialogue" section
Ctrl + ↓	Go to the dialog below the list in the "In dialogue" section
Ctrl + ←	Call the menu to redirect the current dialog to another department
Ctrl + →	Translating the longest waiting dialogue from the "Awaiting Response" section to the "In Dialogue" section NB: works only when auto-assignment is enabled.
