Responding to Visitors

1. Begin typing your response in the visitor response field.

2. The Chat Platform service will automatically suggest templates containing your text as hints:

1. Select one of the templates by using the up and down keys on your keyboard or by clicking with your mouse.

2. Press Enter and the pre-written response will be sent to the visitor.

You can also save the newly typed response as a template for personal responses. For more information on the template system in the Chat Platform service, please see the Administrator's Instructions.
