Time schedule

The administrator can set up a weekly time schedule (working hours) for agents.

The administrator sets the start and end times of the workday. At the specified time, the agent's status automatically changes to Online. At the end of the workday, the status changes to Invisible.

If the work schedule for that day is not specified, the status does not change.

To set a work schedule for an agent, go to Team -> Staff. Then select the desired agent and click the edit button. Next, select Time Schedule and set the schedule for the selected agent:
